STUDENT SCHEDULES & CHANGE REQUESTS
As we begin another school year and dive into the business of getting all students and staff settled, please keep the following in mind when it comes to student schedules and the desire to make changes:
- ALL STUDENTS MUST follow the schedule they received on Tuesday, September 8 unless they were provided a new schedule dated and initialled by Ms. Burke or Mr. Howes.
- Students who wish to make changes must fill out an "ADD/DROP REQUEST" sheet which will be available in the guidance office at the end of day.
- DEADLINE: All forms must be completed (inc. parent signature) and submitted to the guidance office by Friday, September 11. ALL requests will be dealt with in the order they are received.
- Any student in Gr. 9 -11 who has a 'STHALL" (spare) period on their schedule Sem 1 must report to the Guidance Office during that period.
FYI: Regular appointments for the guidance department will resume September 14th, 2015.
